Mother’s Day is a wonderful chance for us to show our gratitude for the special women in our lives.
We invite all Mums, Aunts and Grandmothers to join us on THURSDAY MAY 6 for our St Joseph’s Narrabeen celebrations!
We celebrate and honour our Mums, Grandmothers, Aunts and friends this Thursday from 7.30am onwards. There’s no set arrival time – you can turn up when it suits you, but please bear in mind we have a capacity limit in the hall so you may have a short wait for a clear table if you’re there at a busy period. Luckily, we have lots happening! If the hall is full, or you would like to come but can’t stay for breakfast, you can visit the classrooms and library, attend the liturgy, grab a complimentary hot drink, watch the vocal performance or simply take the chance to chat with other Mums, then revisit the hall when there is a table free. Everyone is welcome .
Breakfast (Parish hall): Starts at 7:30am, finishes 9:00am. Please order and pay via QKR.
Classroom visits: The classrooms are open for a visit from 8:00am
Year 6 Vocal performance: 8:00am and 8:30am
Liturgy (playground): 9:00am
Evening Yoga class: (RSVPs essential via QKR) 6.15pm – 7.30pm, The Blue Room (upstairs), St Joseph’s.
Free Yin Yoga session to celebrate Mother’s Day. Leave your mind and your muscles at the door and join Angela (a fellow Mum) in a special evening to honour yourself this Mother’s Day. Gift yourself the time and space to practice yin yoga – long held poses with a focus on stillness and breath. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, you will leave feeling nourished and rejuvenated. Please bring a mat if you have one and a blanket for the final relaxation. All Mothers and Grandmothers of the St Joseph’s community welcome but due to room size, the number of ladies will be capped at 20 so first in best dressed. Register your interest via Qkr under “Mother’s Day Celebrations – Breakfast & Yoga”!
LATEST UPDATE: We have a few extra spots available for our free Mother’s Day yoga class! Please use QKR to secure a spot as soon as possible.
