ALL children will be required to travel to the venue by bus with the whole school. The bus will leave school at 9.15am and return at 2.30pm. The buses will be leaving at 2pm sharp with all remaining students returning to school (including students who have not been picked up). Please ensure you have let your child’s teacher know they are leaving, prior to departing with them.

Parents are able to attend as a spectator or as official volunteers. All parking is at the stands area.

All students will participate in a variety of running, relays, field events as well as novelty events.

The Order of Events are below.

HELPFUL TIP: We love having parents and family along to cheer our Joeys on at the Athletics Carnival! A reminder that currently, the main track area is closed which means we will be running on the grass space to the left hand side. There is no seating here for spectators, so you may want to bring a chair or rug to sit on. Please don’t sit too close to the track, allowing our Joeys some space to run. There’s also no canteen (so BYO coffee, water and snacks). See you there!

See you there!

We’ve love you to join us for a special morning, hosted by Year 4.

The event is free but please RSVP (for catering purposes).

Mother’s Day is a special celebration at Joeys… and we look forward to honouring our mums on May 8th! Thanks to Year 1 (class parents Bobby and Ash) for hosting this event. Food is now available for purchase via QKR.

This year’s Easter Raffle has some fantastic prizes up for grabs.

There are 10 prizes in total.
Each prize is valued at $20-$30.
There are chocolate hampers, book hampers and craft hampers.

Winners will be published on this page, following the random draw on April 10th. The draw will be held at school.

This year, there will not be physical tickets sent home. You buy tickets via QKR. You can buy individual tickets or the whole book. You can buy more than one book if you like!

Pay for your tickets via QKR. The deadline is April 8th.

Tickets sold will be entered under the child’s name. If you have sold tickets to individuals, and you win a prize, it’s up to you to decide how to distribute the prize. (For example, Paddy W from Year 6 will lodge a book of tickets, giving him 10 tickets to the Easter raffle. His name is drawn as a winner. Paddy’s name will appear, rather than the name of anyone in his family or friends he may have sold a ticket to.) This is because we are running the draw electronically this year, to make things easier for everyone and also save on paper and be more environmentally sustainable.
